What the complaints are about

• Delayed or cancelled withdrawals. The largest group.
• Collection prizes that players say were not credited.
• Self-exclusion that was not applied. On LCB a player reports the account was reopened after a request for permanent closure.
• Login problems and automated replies from support.

Why 91 complaints is a lot

Spinanga has operated since 2023 and has only 31 player reviews in the same database. Complaints outnumber reviews three to one. That the operator replies and closes many of them is a good sign, but it also shows how often a player needs a third party to get paid.

Protection tools

AskGamblers notes that deposit, loss, wager and session limits are missing, as is a cool-off option. Self-exclusion and a self-assessment test exist. If you need limits to keep your play in check, this casino does not give you them.

How to read reviews

• Look at the pattern, not the stars. Repeated complaints on one topic, such as verification or voided bonus winnings, tell you more than an average.
• Watch for fakes. Both planted positive reviews and retaliatory negative ones exist.
• Check whether the operator replied and whether the case was closed.
• Look at the date. Terms change.

How to document a complaint

1. Screenshots of the balance, bet history and withdrawal request.
2. A copy of the support chat, with dates.
3. The terms as they stood on the day of the dispute.
4. A short chronological account without adjectives.

Where to file a complaint

First with the operator's support, in writing. If unresolved, with the complaint centre of an independent site such as AskGamblers, and with the authority that issued the licence. The HGC does not handle disputes with operators it does not supervise.

Our own assessment

Of the casinos we cover, Spinanga has the weakest record in independent databases. The mix of low withdrawal limits, many complaints and an unclear licence is serious on its own. For a player in Greece there is the added fact that no Greek authority can rule on a dispute.
