The "benefits" of the first two levels

At levels 1 and 2 the benefits are on-site promotions and live chat access. Every visitor has both, programme or not. In practice the programme starts giving something at level 3.

When the withdrawal limit becomes a reward

At most casinos the withdrawal limit is a rule for everyone. Here a higher limit is presented as a VIP benefit. To earn the right to withdraw more, you first have to stake more. Even at level 5, a €100,000 win takes five months to withdraw.

Cashback and the personal manager

• Cashback. It returns a percentage of losses. With 10% cashback, a €500 loss becomes a €450 loss.
• Personal manager. The manager's job is to keep you active, with offers tailored to what you play. If you are trying to play less, ask for the contact to stop.

Collections, challenges, shop and tournaments

The menu also has "Challenges", "Collections", a "Shop", a "Wheel of Fortune" and "Tournaments". Challenges pay coins, and coins are exchanged in the shop. LCB notes that winnings from shop spins are capped at €50. AskGamblers' complaints include players who say they did not receive collection prizes.

All these mechanics reward the volume of play. They are worth it only as a small rebate on play you would have done anyway.
